The hottest summer ever a nightmare for every specialty

This was a difficult summer for every specialty and every person healthy or having problems.Extreme heat,slow cognitive function,cardiac overload,respiratory problems,Covid or RSV,gastroenteritis viral or toxic or autoimmune,headaches,medicines lacking due to bad production and so on.For the Neurologist summer was always a nightmare,every disease from Parkinson's to Multiple sclerosis got worse but ppl are getting old,comorbidities exist,polypharmacy the enemy.Many deaths from heat stroke and those close to the beach or having a sport to follow had bad outcomes.This is probably the future with only Summer and Winter to deal with.
